found 2 spots side by side scouting one has alot of hair other small amount

Looks more like a scavenger spot to me.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Could be, but its likely doe bedding. Usually they don't shed that much in beds till late march or April.
