I would like to put together another one, but I will have to see when I have an open weekend, I have client properties to scout just about every weekend.

Dan.. Have you thought about videoing your scouting workshop for people that aren't able to make the trip to be there in person?

Yes... But the video footage never really shows it as well as being there in person.
