Subscribing to this one since there seems to be a whole lot of areas to go and I will be interested to see one of the knowledgeable folks mark this up for you and see if I was even on the same map.

Dont quote me on this but i think dan said during the scouting workshop that when you have hills and marsh, he would expect the bucks to defer to the cover of the marsh? I think this would be a good one to apply some of the swamp thermals principles discussed here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=25038&p=324284&hilit=swamp+thermals#p324284

 Know this land, got drawn there last year and hunted the swamp on the far east near the two ponds. The plan was to have all the guys on the high ground push deer to us in the swamp. It almost worked, my buddie saw a large bodied animal at about 80 yards but never saw the head. He was heading my way but I never saw him either. With that kind of pressure I think hitting the wet and nasty stuff is the key to success. Don't think I will be going back any time soon, just too many people for this hunter, good luck!
