Sunday Scouting Report
I checked out a couple new areas today including some old haunts. I'm looking forward to running some cameras in this area this summer.

Re: Sunday Scouting Report
Those are some nice rubs.
It's not the knowing that's difficult, but the doing.

Re: Sunday Scouting Report
I took some small runs off trail today with the dog and I sunk up to my waist plenty of times.
No way I could have scouted any great lengths.
You must be beat.

Re: Sunday Scouting Report
I had a great scouting trip also and found some nice rubs and tons of sign...some of the prettiest woods I have been in for a long time. I would say though that the deer are pretty much nighttime in that area....I guess its my job to figure out where they are bedding but to be honest I never saw one bed...

Re: Sunday Scouting Report
Looks like some good sign. Itching to get out myself this weekend but I had to work.
Hoping we are now turning the corner on this brutal winter and actually starting to see patches of bare ground on hillsides around here. Looking forward to putting in many hours scouting the next few months.

Its nice when you stumble across an easy bed like this one. Hopefully a half dozen more like this one before green up.
