Scouted new island

Unread postby whitetailassasin » Wed Feb 19, 2014 10:11 am

Went out today and scouted through the snow covered marshland of central Michigan today. Found some rubs but a snow is too high still. Didn't cut any tracks and no beds found. Will be going back in spring.

This snow has made it tough to get out and scout here too. Breaking through the frozen crust is a heck of a good workout though

Where are you at in Northern Jersey?

I'm in Morris county. I have been out a few times in my snowshoes and been rewarded with a few buck beds :D Tough workouts!
