Help me cyber scout this piece
this area seems to have some decent terrain changes and a swamp to boot. any help for a beast-style newb?

Can you blow it up a little? Either take you favorite section or post 3 map sections up closer.

that's a little better. typical fall winds are west, sw, and nw.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but I would look in the area I marked the red dots if there is trees or bedding cover there.

Re: Help me cyber scout this piece
thanks dan. not far to the east of those spots is a swamp (in the first pics). do you think that area between the two might be a good cruising area during the rut?

Do to the elevation, I think the cruising should go on near the beds. When you scout it look for rublines and that should give you a pretty accurate cruise area.

If they are cruising on that ridge like I expect, there is probably a funnel where the trails come together and cross that draw just north west of the marked beds.
