My brother needs help.

Unread postby Matt3 » Sat Aug 07, 2010 2:48 pm

K all my brother has asked me for help so I will show what I told him, but would like help to see if I am giving accurate info to him as I learn. Thanks for the help.
Matt

First pic is a overhead view. The Pink circle had lots of buck sign/rubs last year.

This next picture I have marked where I would start looking for beds. The blue circle is the same general area of where the buck sign last year was.

I think your a little off on your bedding choices... The steeper elevations are better for creating the thermal effects that help a buck choose a bedding position. I marked some areas I would suspect in green.
