This is some land that I'll be hunting this fall. It's actually a closed golf course. The solid red line is the property line. I wanted to get your thoughts on the info that I've already gathered and some potential areas that I may have missed. I've pinned likely stand placements alond with the wind that I'd be hunting them on and areas that I plan to go back and scout more. Next season, I'll hunt the "Good Sign, Oaks" pin early season as that did have a good amount of oaks there. Ill have to check on acorn production. "The Green" pin showed a lot of deer sign. It's an overgrown putting green that was definitely browsed by deer. The "Low Fence" pin showed good sign on deer moving to/from the field to the east. The "Pinch" pin shows great signs of a staging area that I'm planning on hunting some this November. The topo shows some significant marshy areas to the south. After this season, I'd like to apply the beast method to this area so I'd like to get your thoughts on the area and what you would do differently. Thanks in advance everyone!

This area looks real good... Red marks likely bedding . Green is the area I would set up.
