Definitely was exciting. I feel like I know a much larger area of where I hunt SO much better. I hope some deer make it through between the wolves and the winter. We're in the middle of closing on a house in the Town of Erin, moving back to Wisconsin from Illinois, so I'm hoping to find a spot closer to home that I can maybe hunt during the week as well. I definitely had a blast this season. And I definitely felt like a walking wounded by the end of the season. It's awesome feeling exhausted after a looong walk out after a good sit. Someone should have mentioned that I should get in shape though. That long season really wears ya down.
