My guess is the reflection would be insane, plus they are likely doing thermal imaging at the same time

I usually look at a spot with Bing Bird's Eye, Bing Aerial, and Google Maps. Between those 3, I can usually get enough info. Only thing that's bad about Bird's Eye is that the image tilts. It's great for viewing, but when I want to put custom image overlays on Google Earth and my GPS I have to do some fiddling around to get the right proportions instead of just slapping it on and resizing. And you have to always have the "North up" selected on the GPS because if the image gets turned upside down the trees look really weird. But for detail they're typically unmatched where they are supported.

Awesome, just checked it out. And the thermal research via google......beyond words....
