Awesome time with Dan and Swampthing......

Unread postby Bigdaddy-yoyo » Sun Mar 04, 2012 4:16 pm

Went thru Dans scouting class today. If you are on the fence about going, (best 100 dollars I have ever spent on Hunting). Dan is the real deal. You are literally IMO walking with a modern day Fred Bear. The man is hands down good. This brought everything together from the DVD's.

His attention to detail is awesome. The guy eats ,sleeps and dreams Big Bucks!!
Sincerely from the bottom of my heart, Thank you Dan for freely giving out your knowledge of years of experience.
The day was truly awesome.

Swampthing (Donavan) it was a pleasure meeting you and your lovely Girlfriend. Hope you slam a Big Buck this year in Minnesota :D

Sounds like you learned a bunch.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Thanks Andy... Im glad you enjoyed it. We had a lot of snow, and it was sticking to all the trees and cattails, so I tried to cancel but Swampthing drove 9 hours to get here, no way I was sending him home without going out, and Andy was willing to come if Swampthing came, so we just went out the 3 of us and kind of went outside the box and customized it.
We went to some remote places and looked at places where I made some of my past kills, and where I am planning some future kills. Thanks for buying supper Andy. 8-)
Ice is starting to get iffy and Andy tested it by stopping in the wrong spot too long and also got some free bonus swimming lessons  I ended up putting a leg thru twice too. Good thing Andy brought extra pants.
