What's the rule on fishing as long as you stay in the water? Can you go up the river and not be tresspassing? Of coarse it must vary from state to state.
A buck will see you three times, and hear you twice, but he's only gonna smell you once.

If you enter at a bridge or public area as long as you stay in the water you may keep wading. If you enter on permissioned private and come to non-permission....wading rule applies again.
