For those of you who are avid trout fisherman I am hoping you could fill me in on the rules for accessing a stream. Is it legal to park next to a bridge and enter at the bridge or is that private land that requires permission? Also, I have seen some streams located at the end of a cul de sac, is it legal to cross the land at the end of the cul de sac to enter the water? Any information or clarification would be appreciated. Thanks for you responses.

Re: Stream access rules
public bridges have 33 feet from each side of center to get in the water and stay wet on private land. the only reason you may exit is an obstruction. You may park along any public roadway.
