Tiger Trout question (Len Harris, this is for you!!!)

Unread postby Goober » Fri Apr 20, 2012 12:24 pm

Does anyone know how Tiger Trout are regulated here in WI? I know they are pretty rare, but when one is caught, if it desired to keep it, what regulations does it fall under? The species is not mentioned that I can find, would it be considered a brookie? Brown? Or is it not legal to keep? My understanding is a tiger trout is sterile, if this is true that would make it a good canidate for the grill in my mind. Anyone?
