Shooting tips?

Im going carp whacking with a buddy tomorrow night. Ive never gone before and wondering if anyone has any tips.

Aim low. It will take a few shots to get used to it but youll figure it out.

...and when you think you are aiming low enough...aim a little lower. LOL! ;)
Seriously though..it takes quite a bit of practice for most of us.

You don't need to pull more than 40 lbs unless you WANT to tear up your shoulder!!!!

The "aim low" thing actually comes from the image of the fish your looking at is distorted thru the water. Aim straight on if the fish is on the surface, aim a little low in shallow water. The deeper the water, the lower you aim.
