Special draw hunt--how would you hunt this property?
I was selected for a special hunt on this property, a former millitary base.
peak of the rut seeking and chase phase, 2 days in early November, archery equipment only
I have never stepped foot on this property before, pre-scouting is not permitted.
How would you hunt this property? And oh yeah, I can bring a partner

Anything goes in that time frame.
I would run and gun, be prepared to set up.

Looks like lots of inside corners, I say find a overlooked funnel ditch crossing and sit all day.

Do you have a photo with only the boundary marked for a better view? Are there designated parking areas to make access more difficult? How many people are hunting it?
You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.

Man that is not enough picture to work with. Can you break it down into smaller sections and blow it up some?
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I would like to see topo's and have them big enough to see the elevation lines...

Absolutely. Forgot to mention that. There could also be a hidden corridor right through an "open" field that may also be found with a topo.

I like ha3. There are several edges, and where the two points almost touch in the middle of the field...
A buck will see you three times, and hear you twice, but he's only gonna smell you once.

I like ha3 also, but depending on access and number of people drawn another area like ha1 could be better. Definitely some other possibilities in there also. Would be nice to get a clearer view.
