Trailcameras are illegal!

I just can't get over how STUPID this law is...Its a trail camera. This isn't N Korea.

I am glad I came across this, I was literally going to put some out this weekend on the public land. I agree its stupid but its a law so not much we can do short of trying to get the law changed. The only reason I can figure is they most likely don't want to hear from people all the time if they get stolen, I imagine thats why the stands have to be taken out each night too.
