What are some of the public land laws for other states on stand being left on public

Kansas and Missouri you can leave em all season.

I'll have to check on the exact laws in the states I hunt. I know some require your name and address on them as well.
A buck will see you three times, and hear you twice, but he's only gonna smell you once.

In my state you have to take them down every nite ,Which ain,t so bad ,if your portable .They are talking about changing the law ,so you can leave them.

Here in MA you can leave them up all season, which is what the majority of hunters do. You see the stands start to appear in September and last through December's shotgun season. You find buckets out in the woods all year round and plenty of permanent stands too.
