This one is harder, because I really the character of the rack and the animal looks to be older, I only hunt public land and that is a respectable kill here on public land. We get 2 tags here, I think on the first tag that deer has to die.

In my home state I would shoot him. Somewhere else he might get to live another day. Nice buck by any means!

This year I haven't had time to scout much, so I would shoot. It's a mature animal and I have no business passing on a deer that size with what I have under my belt thus far. That would be a great kill had I gone into that area blind, just using topos to pick a spot, and I got a crack at that buck the first time out...I'd be thrilled to shoot him!
