Now THIS is the ONLY answer!!

How about going to a Notre dame football game in south bend?

Yep. I’m out for opening day. Sister got a 4 pack of tickets for the family to go to the game. It’s better than getting them in November right? Need a pick me up after that blow

I’ll be out the Tuesday and Thursday after. Maybe Sunday night as well. Just not Saturday

I'm not going to lie, a ticket to the Big House when I was your age would have trumped anything else, for sure. But I've been to enough games that i'm finally done. Id rather be in my stand, now.
Of course, Saturdays that I hunt now are spent with an ear bud in and a transistor radio in my jacket ;) I never miss a Michigan game... The real trick is keeping my composure when something big happens.

I will definitely be in a tree on the opener here! Sept 7th. I will get in early to beat the mob. I have a few on Camera that look too nice to let someone else have first crack at.

Good luck everyone! Will be here before we know it.

I’m not even a notre dame fan, but the more I think about it, the more I realize how cool it will be to go, and I won’t get another opportunity.

I know I wasn’t super excited about going to lambeau field the first time, but now I look forward to going every year. It’s a lot of fun, and I’m not a real big packer fan either.

I always hunt opening day. Often times it is in a spot that isn't that great, but I do always get out.

Your dealing with heat, humidity etc, many times here in Wisconsin, but I believe it is an ideal time to slip in, as a mobile hunter, set up and get a chance at a undisturbed buck....................... Sept 15th, opening day the deer are now about to get an education, and each day the pressure grows, because of squirrel hunters, and some turkey hunters etc, the circus of people is about to start........ Yeah, if you got a spot, I would hunt it,,,,,,

You can not shoot a nice buck, while cutting the lawn,,, ha ha good luck

I always hunt opening day. Often times it won't be in a high odds spot, but at least I'm out there.

I was there. Saturday evening for at least couple hours. Strong thunderstorm looming in distance convinced me to break my lock on down an pack out early. I got to camp about time bottom fell put. Manage to see three.
I'm reason they call it hunting and not shooting.
