I would hate to be the one to ruin someones hunting spot but at the same time I am need of some help. Is there anyone with Marsh experience that would be willing to help me with an Aerial of public land that I plan on hunting this year? Its a spot that I am super excited about but I have spent most of my time in the big woods portion and I would like to start working my way into the cattails but not really sure how to plan my attack. Thanks!!

I'll take a peak

For what it's worth, I'd be willing to give you my $.02

I will grade your work once I have had a chance to put boots on the ground, haha! But in all seriousness, there was a lot of commonality with the feedback. I was even more impressed though with your willingness to answer some of my other questions. People like you is what makes this site so unique. Thanks again!

I like Dan's angle, I would rather know other beasts are in the area hunting the same spots, much worse to find out after hunting that bed for years and wasting your time. It's all public so the more info I have on the area the better, even if that means many of my spots are burned up. Knowledge is power, if I know a another beast is in my area I need to up my game, hit those spots first or hit them first during the best time of year to hunt them. Or let them do the stacking for me hit some of the lesser known or overlooked bedding areas.

I agree. It’s public land. You are competing against the big buck and other hunters. Yeah I want everybody to succeed and do well, but I’m not laying over for somebody else to walk right by me. If you really want to show all your info, how do I ignore it.

Gotta thank Lockdown for offering his time like this.

I sent him some pictures of a buck I glassed and just wanted some extra input on a spot I couldn’t thoughoughly scout without potentially bumping the big guy out.

It’s always nice to have a “fresh” set of eyes that might see something that you overlooked. Heck you never know, you could make a friend out of it?

So with that being said I’d like to “pay it back” and if anybody else has a spot they’ve scouted and would like some extra input feel free to message them to me as well. I’m no Dan but I’d be glad to help.
