A good chance I am done hunting this year for deer. It is supposed to warm up and I might go out. I took a little walk around my little woods and saw 3 rabbits. They may be next. If I am really lucky I might get up north and try for a coyote.

After my last post about hunting I pretty much had to shut it down due to work and family.

No lack of opportunity with the bow, but I'm pretty selective.

Sorry to hear you didn't make it out. I've been out as often as I can; going for the last time in Michigan tomorrow evening. Confirmation of the big boy I'm chasing less than a week ago says he's still alive and hasn't shed. I hope he makes it to next season, this has become a 3 year pursuit now!! His photos are at 3:30 am right outside of his bedding. He simple isn't moving until well after dark. There's a reason he's mature. My son and I have been out in the area hoping to see him, only does so far. Think I'm going to give him one more shot from a different area tomorrow, wind permitting. Hope you can make it to the meet and greet we are planning SB!
