Sw Wisconsin

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there's any public land in SW Wisconsin

Yes along the wisconsin river there is a fair amount

A lot along the mississipli river too. Close to the same as SE MN when you consider the "private" public land. Pressure is about the same. Pressure in greater Rochester is very similar to greater LaCrosse and falls off the same with the exception of the popular areas. Big benefit of WI is the later gun season compared to MN

I hear ya. It will never change in WI either. It would be great if they moved them later yet like Iowa.
