I will bypass C-bus and us a more northern route to Coshocton. Those Buckeye fans are rabid for sure.

I have hunted Coshocton for years and a rabid buckeye fan!

Would never think of messing with another persons stuff for being from that state up north though. 8-)

Good to hear. I'll be in s.e. Coshocton county a couple miles east of licking county line. Beautiful country. Plan to hunt Nov.3-12. Then Nov.17-21. Not to familiar w/ hunting hill country, that's what brought me to the beast. Glad I did.

I think your safe on public. It is the out of Staters they come in leasing all the land up is what most don't like.

Just wanted to throw my name in the hat for the Ohio scouting seminar. Being from Pittsburgh, that's a perfect location for me as I hope to get over into Ohio in the the coming seasons.

This will be my fourth year hunting in southern Ohio and have never run into a problem on the public land. Most of the people I have run into are from out of state like myself and some are from right by me... It truly is a small world.

Scumbags exist but don't make up the majority of the population. I know of a guy who had his truck broken into last year while hunting in Zaleski. They stole everything including some guns and their hotel key. The thief's then broke into their hotel room and ransacked the place. Security cameras at the hotel were broken.

Go down first (2) weeks of November and the hardest part is finding a place to park. Lots are filled with Michigan plates. You can't just park along the road, have to get your vehicle off and in designated areas. Ohio is old news, go to Ky.

Listen to all these 'fraidy cat Michigan fans!

I should be much more fearful, as Sparty rules and that won't be changing this year!!

Seriously though, I have had my tire slashed on purpose when hunting out of state... not fun.

After a day in the tree stand in ohio I'll enjoy watching OSU vs MSU on TV that evening. November 8th will be a good day. Go Sparty!
