I shot a ten pointer while I could hear two guys loading their quads at the trailhead.
I also know of a big buck that was betting about a hundred yards away from a quad Trail in thick raspberry brush.
deer get used to quads just like cars and farm equipment.
I would suggest getting out and looking for fresh sign. avoid the bait stations.
I like singing bridges suggestion of trees that were too small for climbers. other hunters avoid these areas. I have a spot like this in northern Wisconsin my problem is for the last 2 years I haven't had time to go and hunt it during the rut.
