Re: Mobility paid off.
Here is the pic from Scot.
Archery season has been quite slow for me this year. A number of areas that had been consistently productive for me were not because a near complete absence of acorns.
So I have been wandering with a light portable on my back and ten light tree steps. My last three mobile set ups have produced buck sightings, all within 15 yards. Yesterday afternoon I shot a six pointer. Four on one side two on the other. Pretty decent width.
I am pleased and thankful! I leave to hunt Idaho next week and I was running short on time. Now I can go about the things I need to get done in a relaxed way.

Good job Scot!
You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.

Congrats, hope I can do the very same thing tomorrow afternoon. Well Done.
It's not a problem, it's a opportunity for a solution.

Cool photo on the Enigma sight!! I missed that some how as I've looked at them photo's quite often. If you look under success (bear) you'll see a photo of me and my bear from 2009. Great looking Idaho buck Scot! Just saw your pic of your buck from this thread. Very nice Scot. Congratulation's!!Scot wrote:I sent a picture to Dan. Schultzy I hope to get together with our mutual friend Troy when I am out in Idaho. If you click on your Enigma camo link and then click on testimonials. There is a photograph of myself with a buck I killed in Idaho a few years ago. This marks year 15 we will have hunted there. It is finally settling in that I will be out there next week. Stoked!!

Thanks everybody for the kind words! Nice picture Steve of you and your bear!
I had a good conversation with Troy last night and at the very least we will meet up together for dinner one night and there is a good possibility that we will spend a day hunting together. He is such a solid guy!
