Bucks still seem to be on there own beds and moving earlier... Hitting the bucks beds at the moment. Jumped a 2 1/2 year old out of a buck bed yesterday...

I would say another week to 10 days here. Every day from here on, bucks will move a little more.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I am still hunting buck beds until later next week. The bed I am hunting near tonight has always been very good for me. Seems like everytime I hunt it over the last 3 years I see a buck get up from the bed just before dark but never gets close enough for a shot during shooting hours. Think tonight I am going to sneak in much closer and hope the wind stays west or northwest.

Thanks for the info guys. I ended up hunting buck bedding and it worked out pretty well. Only needed a few more minutes of light.

I still hunt buck bedding 5-6 days into Nov. I just seems like the mature bucks on high pressure public land don't start moving during shooting hours until then.

Had what I believe to be the two best bucks on the property right there at me just not enough light to seal the deal. I wrote about it on the thread so close.
