A new Target

Unread postby G3s » Sun Oct 16, 2011 11:47 am

I have found a new target for the rest of this season. Finally some of the bigger seer are starting to move around and step in front of the cameras. I have been studying aerial photos and topo maps trying to pic likely bedding and travel areas for this guy. I just love this game man...I feel very fortunate to finally have ground in my home state that we can find mature bucks to hunt...Honestly never thought I would be able to do this here In Northern Michigan.
Here is a short video clip of my newest target buck

That is definitely a fine buck to target, Tim. I am looking forward to your reports on your hunting of him, it should be a great challenge moving in on that target. 8-)

I may be wrong but it looks as if there are two bucks in that last photo. You may have two "targets", can't tell how big that second one is though. Good luck to you. I can't wait until I get to read the story and see pics.
If you want to kill a deer you have to be in the woods.
