I'm no good at guessing scores, all I'll say is "SHOOTER". Excellent mass, nice looking buck. Go get him bud!

Love the palmated rack!! I think for a northwoods buck I would shoot him without hesitation. They are just way too hard to find like that up there.
X2. there is no way that deer is even close to 140". don't take this wrong he's still a great buck. there are alot of overly optimistic scores thrown around on the internet. go get him!

we all like mass but if talking score it contributes the least to the total.

I tend to guess smaller on my scores but after all of the 140's I was starting to thing maybe I was being a bit too harsh on that score. Glad to see somebody else is thinking the same way. I still stand on my original score of 125" gross. The short tine length really hurts this buck and although mass looks awesome it doesn't make up the difference for the tine length.

Re: I want to play...what does he score?
I'm saying low 140's on score but I really thnk this deer is 3.5 yrs old. He doesn't have a big chest and belly or swayed back and his head n snout look long and skinny... I could be wrong but what are you guys looking and judging off to say he's at least 4.5

I'm with Dor. Mid to high 120's. I think he's got some age though. You don't usually see that much mass on a young buck (3.5 and younger). Good luck getting him!!Dor wrote:120's no brows, short times, short beams, great mass.
