Is this velvet or a drop ?

Just got my trailcam card, & got this pic from sept 2nd. At first I thought we had a droptine running around on our land, but the more I look @ it, I think its velvet hanging down, not sure.... it looks like some of the other parts of the horn are losing velvet, so thinking maybe its just velvet hanging down... wish it was a better pic.

I certainly hope its a drop ! Looks pretty white, I wouldn't think it would be that bright of a white if it was velvet...... who am I kidding, I'm trying to talk myself right into it ! Ha,ha.... hopefully I get another pic of him.

Id say it is a droptine. Too light to be velvet imo.
