Contest Trash Talk

Unread postby Spysar » Thu Sep 01, 2011 12:33 pm

Well, it's almost ready to start. Who's gonna win the Beast Big Buck Contest this year?

There's so many big buck killers here now....

All I know is I have Nebraska tags, SD tags, Illinois tags, NY tags, and possibly Mass tags......

Season is here, my buddy killed a velvet 8 in ND last Sunday.

Let the contest begin!!!

I only have 2 Iowa tags and MAYBE an Indiana tag if I'm lucky.

Trash talk is for NBA players.

Good luck and safe hunting to all of you this fall and when that pig/cooker/oinker/hog/jimdandy/monster/brutus/tank/bigMOFO/hogzilla comes by, GREASE HIS .

Spy, how much do you spend a year on tags/food/lodging/etc? Also what profession allows you so much free time? Think Id rather learn how to have your lifestyle and if I shoot a big buck or two, bonus.

As far as talking trash, its been so long since I shot a buck, I don't remember how to talk smack.

Nebraska tag $225. Second Nebraska tag(if needed) $209.

SD tag $285. (used to be $195 last year :( )

Illinois tag $425.

Lodging $500. (split with friends, and win a hunt at Tall Tine :D )

Food, around $1000. (Could be cheaper, but I'm on vacation  )

Gas, to and from NY, and driving to hunting areas. About $1500.

I'm an electrician. I'm lucky to get the time off. I think my boss knows I'll quit if he keeps me from hunting, and I run a lot of his bigger jobs. Plus I'd be useless and cranky if I had to work during bow season.

Not really much for trash talking unless its with my really good good friends, and especially not to a bunch of big buck killers that I look up to and respect a ton, so I just wanted to say good luck to everyone and hopefully everyone has a safe and successful season!

Looking forward to seeing some big bucks get put down this year! 8-)

Get after 'em fellas..

Good luck to all. Should be an interesting year.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I have a buddy who has a knack for getting great land, he just moved to Lafyette and invited me to come gun opener. He has some smack daddies located and I aim to kill me one if I can help it. I may live in Iowa but I think Indiana is one of those sleeper states.

Hey Mud,

Lafayette is a good area, Tippecanoe County has some good ones if you have the land access. I live just east of there and have hunted the area for 15 yrs.
