Predominant 6 pt. gene

Unread postby rut » Tue Aug 30, 2011 2:18 pm

I've been getting a few pictures of a very respectable 6 pt at this camera location. So today I check my card, and low and behold another good sized 6 pt. shows up.Here is the first pictures I got of both deer together. The one on the right is the newcomer.I'm going to let the air out of either,or both if I get a chance.

Both together

I have a couple of six points like that in my area too. Has anyone here ever shot a 4+ year old that was a six point?

I love giant 6's. It would be cool to see how they turn out in a couple years.

Very possible they won't be 6s next year.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

For sure!
The "new one" should be shoot in first... Well only if you prefer the more broad
trophy. The new seem to grow above.
