There's also some up by St. John's Catholic church at 59 and Genesee St. (just west of the Fox on 59)...and in the small industrial park off Center rd


So I came across a bunch of this swamp milkweed while scouting yesterday and threw some in a ziplock. The floaters on this stuff are about half the size of a normal milkweed floater so I imagine it could stay aloft longer....will just be a little tougher to see when it gets out farther.
