I don't have the patience/focus for a workout routine but I work landscaping 5-6 days a week all day if I'm not climbing and pruning/removing trees I'm doing physical labor on the ground thats enough of a workout for me each day!

I've been lifting 12 ounces at a time :D

With everyone getting ready for the season how many are gonna go to the Doc and get a check up?

When I lived in Florida and used my bike to get way off on non-vehicle areas I'd ride my bike most of the summer.

Don't use it where I'm at now in hill country, Southern Illinois, but I'm in the woods climbing the hills most of the off season anyway.

I've been slowly ramping up the miles on my road bike this summer....with the cold spring and then my boy getting out of school my mileage has been cut in half, if not more. I'm down about 15 lbs from early spring, so I'm on track to be in decent shape by season. Been hitting the weights a little here in there also...it's amazing how much better you feel climbing up and down trees when you are in shape.....it sucks being a fat mobile hunter!

Been doing some uphill fast walking on the treadmill and man that is a workout! My girlfriend runs pretty much everyday up to like 5 miles, and tried my uphill routine today and said it was much tougher. I'm also doing quite a few sit-ups and pushups.

keep up the work guys, and it'll all pay off.

Also, I don't know if its been mentioned or not yet, but you guys that are a few years older than myself and the other young pups here (dad says I'm still wet behind the ears) should maybe head to your doctor and get a physical (just lookin out for you guys!)
