pee pee bottle, or let it fly?

What do you guys do? For years I went in bottles, but this was my first year just letting it fly and I saw no negative affects and I shot my biggest buck to date.

So what do you guys do and why? Will it spook the big boys? Or not?

I have had plenty of deer walk right under my tree and never pay any attention to it. If they do it is because they smell other human scent and not your pee.

There was a lenthy post about this subject about a year ago...
I do believe that deer can smell the differance between predator ee and vegitarian pee. But, if they get close enough to smell the pee, they can smell human scent where you walked too, and that has a more negitive effect than the pee.

Dan, you never fail to make me laugh. As for the big question, I let it fly. I have yet to have it work, but think a buck might hear it and think a doe is pee'n and come check it out. Ive heard does pee, and seen young bucks run over to scent check it. A guy on another site gets paid to do wildlife surveys on different properties. He said he makes mock scrapes and pee's in them. Said he gets the biggest buck on the propertys photo that way. Ive "created my own" but havent had the same luck. Maybe his smells better then mine. :lol:

I walked up on a guy pooping in the woods when I was gun hunting. Talk about awkward. There was a quick exchange of surprised faces and I quickly got the heck outta there!
