Glad the judge stepped up to the plate and gave him some jail time. Its tough to punish idiots like this, cause with 36 priors he hasnt learned anything. Now he is teaching his son to be a jack pole. Revoke his hunting license isnt a penalty, as he was already hunting without one in this case. We had a guy get caught with 10 bucks or something like that this past season. You wouldnt believe the people commenting that we have too many deer, this guy is a hero, not a criminal. When you transport game across state lines in an illegal maner, that is when the feds get involved.
