I'm really thinking so too. If so that's 2 great 2.5's that died last year. The other was a 115 Inch 8 point that got poped during the gun season. Man Is this frustrating but so much the norm In my area almost every year.

It's hard to tell the age, but I'm leaning toward a 3.5 year old that was a runt as a yearling. Maybe a late born buck that had just about caught up. He probably would have made a big jump next year.

That is a shame, but it is cool to have the head with all the picture history with him. I would say a stud 2.5 year old personally not 3.5

I would say 2.5 when he died as well. At least you were able to find him.

Looks like a 2.5 to me, that sucks.... he had great genetics! Glad he was found though

Nice buck and he sure wasnt camera shy. How big is your property? That is a bummer for sure, and a common problem we have with neighbors that own field that borders us. I would say 90% of their gun shots are running deer, and we find a deer or two now and again in our woods.

I think that it's pretty neat how he showed up on three different cameras and that you were willing to pass on him, but what a shame...
