Last year... Its a cool spot I can hunt without going over where the deer are, so I think I can hunt it multiple times if im careful with the wind. Nothing tonight.

I still have never shot a deer on my birthday... Got a good buck a couple years ago on the 14th though... And on my way to work rhis morning a really, really nice buck chased a little doe across the road in front of me... Actually came out of public but I think its land locked

Aren't there some archery only areas open til January 1st yet? The Prison ranch used to be open until then!
