Beef or venison?

Which would you rather eat?

Venison steaks with mushrooms and onions with a couple sticks of butter I can almost hear my arteries hardening up!!

Beef. Venison is to high in Iron and is bad for people with hemochormotosis.

Fresh perch or bluegills! If I had to only choose one it would be beef. But I do enjoy venison as well.

Venison. Running quite low.....we've been eating a ton of fish to make up for it.

If were talking venison, I'll take Elk, Moose, or Caribou anytime over beef.
