I agree with what Dan said. I was at a deer show in Green Bay well over 10 years ago when the Lone Wolf himself said straight out to me. When it comes to whitetail hunting there is never a never and that there is never a always. Its funny how some things you never forget.

No doubt about that. You know when I was much younger and reading every piece of whitetail material I could find I soon found myself reading in circles. One article would tell you this, another one would tell you to do completely the opposite. That is kind of when I got fed up with reading the same stuff over and but also figured out they were all right in a way. Nothing can every be written in stone and that is something you have to remember when planning your next hunt.

I always tell people there are exceptions to every rule and the ONLY thing guaranteed in deer hunting is that once a deer is born it will eventually die.

I wish I had a nickel for every time I have said that $$!!
