What ya got, BEAST?!
What ya got, who have you learned from BEAST?? I’m not talking about a seminar... I mean a one on one conversation with a Hunting Beast. By yourself, they recognize that you are an incredibly serious hunter and you partake in a one on one conversation. Outside of that doesn’t pertain here... ok here we go...
Barry Wensel
Gene Wensel
Bob Fratzke
Myles Keller
Greg Miller
Tony LaPratt
Richard P. Smith
Third most important mportant...
Mitch Rompola
Second most important...
Paul Mickey
Most important of all...
Uncle Lou will verify my belief...
Dan Infalt.
The fact of the matter is, Dan has graduated to the next level. If you can convince him to be passionate about pursuing a buck... step back brother. I may know what I’m talking about !!
Wait, what’s that? You’ve never heard of some of them??
I’m sure I haven’t heard of some of yours.
What ya got?!
Bring it!!
P.S. I haven’t listed them all for me...

I really would have loved to meet Stanley in person and talk about bucks.
Your list is good.
I would add to it with
Fred Bear
Larry Benoit
Dan Fitzgerald

Without a doubt. Stan was so thoughtful and measured things before replying.

Dan Infalt
Zach Ferenbaugh
Andy May
Scott Buckley
Lucas Cayko
Justin Wright
Paul Putera
Troy Pottenger
I’ve only had the pleasure of talking one on one with Dan and Zach.

Dan, Ted Miller, THP, Bill Winke, Joe Rentmeester. My top 5 killers in no particular order. Different tactics, all very successful.

Re: What ya got, BEAST?!
I don’t have a list per say, but but I have met Dan 4 times now. I can’t say he recognized how serious of a hunter I am, but he also lives and breathes this so nothing new for him.
I watch a lot of others videos, but Dan really stands out to me. I honestly think it starts out with his work ethic and his ambition. I did get the opportunity to drag a deer out with him once and him being 53 at the time and myself being 33 at the time he outworked me. I do construction for a living so by no means lazy. Just something I really respect about the guy. Dan has promoted and changed hunting culture. Really a pioneer in my book. Even Hunting Public credits Dan for what they have learned from him.
I did hire Dan to do a public land scout at one point in time and it’s amazing what he catches on to as far as other human sign and of course deer sign. Please, call me a fanboy really don’t care but really can’t say enough good about Dan.

Re: What ya got, BEAST?!
Id rather speak to someone that has got it done in my immediate area consistently. That information would serve me better than someone 1000 miles away hunting completely different terrain and different challenges.

Re: What ya got, BEAST?!
Over the years at various deer shows I have had one on one conversations about hunting with:
Myles Keller
Chuck Adams
Bob Foulkrod
Roger Raglin
Dan Fitzgerald
Fred Abbas
John Eberhart
Bill "Bear Crazy" Wiesner
Each one has their own very unique hunting style and have so much to learn from.
Without a doubt Fred Bear has been my inspiration since a young child. My local archery club has a picture taken with him when he visited in the 80's. How I wish I could have been there to meet him in person before he died. That would have been an incredible conversation.
The list of guys here on the Beast that I have learned from is endless. Each person provides something different and this is great to become a well rounded hunter.
The top of my list is obviously Dan Infalt who has been such a guiding light to so many here helping them become better hunters.
Also another shout out to Mike Foss. If you wanna talk bear hunting he's your guy. Spending time with him learning from the best is something I will always treasure.

Re: What ya got, BEAST?!
I remember a long time ago when my cousin called me and said, are you watching what a new member on the BEAST is saying. Withholding the names for a second. I said yes, he's good.
My cousin is arrowbender, the member he was talking about was singing bridge. I would add both of their names to the list.
arrowbender
singingbridge
everytime I drive over the singing bridge on US23 on my way up north I think of him.

Outstanding Dewey. I have also conversed with Fred and his son Greg.
