Not Even Dor Would Pass This One

I had this buck at 20 yards. Chip shot. Had to let him walk, I was tagged out and doe hunting, DOH!!

Spy, i cant open the video at work due to the controls they have on the computer, but the flyer bucks pic im able to see, is that a new york deer?

Nice buck it would be hard watching him walk on you being tagged out but at least he will be there for a chance next year! (If I remember right this was an Iowa buck though...?) :roll: someone will have a chance for him! :lol:

You are correct sir! I'd be putting the smack down on him. Actually, many of these bucks would have gotten the hammer in years past, but now I try to only hunt areas that hold deer that are NO DOUBTERS. Deer hunting is in the eye of the beholder nd if you are geographically challenged when it comes to your deer herd that 100" 2 year old can be the master of the woods and deserves an arrow. Luckily, that is not the case for me currently. Thanks for sharing! :D

Right on Dor! 8-) A 100 incher on Public land in Northern WI would be considered a target buck! On my private spots I wouldn't even take my bow off the hook! All depends on the area you hunt and the kind of deer it holds!
