You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.

WOW!! I guessed 195" gross before I read the story and looks like I was pretty close. Unbelievable buck!
Too bad Excelsior MN is going to be a zoo next year with people trying to kill this buck now that word got out. Excelsior looks to be just west of the Twin Cities.

Hopefully he don,t end being poached with all the publicity .That would be a very sad end to a great buck.Remember the huge 8 pointer that was poached in MN a few years back.

Personaly if I found sheds like that I would tell everybody I found them many miles from where I actually found them. But if it is a buck that makes himself visible then you will have lots of problems including poachers. Hopefully somebody that deserves the buck shoots him and not some big name celebrity hunter that is just trying to make some huge money like they were with the Field & Stream buck in Buffalo County. I was glad to hear that that Decker shot the buck and not some big name hunter.

From what I have heard the buck resides in a no hunting area....

I saw some trail camera photos of the same deer on another site in a completely residential looking area. Maybe the deer can be legally shot with a bow??? I know some areas of MN allow bowhunting in the city.
