First time hunting hills
What are some good tips for hunting hills. I’ve watched dans dvd on hill country bedding but was wondering if anyone else would have any advice on certain things to key in on. I’ll be hunting in Ohio if that helps at all.

Saddles and draws... I’d stay high. The sign will look juicy in the bottoms but the ground is softer/wetter low and most that sign is last light and night sign.

This time of year I like to walk the top or bottom, whichever makes more sense, and look for sign coming off the ridges. Then backtrack a little bit toward suspected bedding and formulate a plan. If it’s all steep and really no flat top or bottom then you will just have to get in there and scout the ridges.
Some do. Some don't. I just might...
