These videos, without "success" are pretty inspirational for us new guys.

Every video, he knows where they should be. He knows where they should be going. But he figures out the "who, what, when, where, and most importantly why" they aren't there.

Thats a success to me, and like you say - keep chipping away.

Even the big guy learns something almost every sit...
