Watching this now with my puppy wanting to play tug o war. I moved him away while looking at you and said "No Dan!" That's not his name.

Found some boot tracks a week ago in a promising area from spring scouting that I didn't think people would go to. No deer sign so it didn't matter, but the conditions are way easier (drier) than they were scouting when the marsh grass and cats were mostly underwater. Like swamping hip boots deep of standing water.

It'll be interesting from here on out.

Great message at the end. I got in the game once this year but couldn't seal it. I gotta believe that I can do it again.

And at the very end too. (I didn't see that until after I typed the previous paragraph)

Great message. My takeaway: am I always doing my part? Hunt them down.

I like the video Dan. Videos showing real hunting, with or without a kill is valuable imo

I have to be honest, that possum set you were on...I was expecting a kill there. Those spots that have several plus signs look awesome and are exciting to find

I know I don’t need to tell ya to keep after it...   but keep after em Dan
Im excited for your season. Good to hear youre gonna be digging deeper and getting on new stuff

Safe hunting Dan

Appreciate the dose of reality. Public is a tough path to take. I’ve committed to it a bit more every year, no success yet. Gotta keep putting in the work, plain and simple.

Great video! Love how Dan doesn't surgar coat anything and no BS! Now only if he would stop teaching people to hunt, he would still have his spots! We all appreciate it everything Dan!

Watched this today and your message was right on and what I need to hear. Thank you. Been getting my handed to me so far this year and was really starting to question what I was doing. Thanks for the motivation to grind it out and do what I can.

I also appreciate you putting your putting your opinions and beliefs out there. Not a easy thing to so especially today but its exactly what we need right now keep it up

Mario has been working a lot, and hunting the conservancy. I quit hunting the conservancy because of one of the people hunting there being a a bit to much for me to take and making my hunts miserable. Mario can deal with that Dude... I want to enjoy my days in the woods. Hoping Mario will come out for a hunt soon.
