I’d try to negotiate to find out which one wants it the most by bribing 2 of them off with buy outs (gifts) to the two that deferred.

All 3 of them win that way.

First option would be invite a buddy or family member to sit with another kid or two.

Youngest (buckless) gets first crack. Oldest gets second and participation trophy goes last, because participation trophies are bogus.

It solved itself. The oldest 2 said they didn't care if the youngest went first so he could get chance for his 1st buck. Probably going to cost me an ice cream run also!
