Historic weather data

Unread postby Bonedoc » Thu Jul 23, 2020 11:31 pm

I would like to ask what weather sources you all use to find historic weather data. I have years of trailcam pictures but have never correlated it with weather conditions. If there is a phone app that does that it would be great. Thanks!

Windfinder online and and app. The weather stations might be a ways away but they have good data.

I've been using windfinder for a year or so. I have not been able to find any historical data on it. How do I find historical stuff on it?

As mentioned above Wunderground is good for getting quick data. NOAA is best and can email spreadsheet with much more information that you can sort etc. I don't know a good way to view from a phone.

Windfinder they list dominant winds by month under the statistics section. Not all stations have this so try searching stations around your area.

Wunderground is the same deal. Some stations have historic data some don't. On Wunderground data is under the history tab.
