I have a pretty stressed routine regiment a lot like JMS. I do urinal dead lifts 1x10 daily. Front porch low crawls every Saturday night. Short distance sprints to the beer cooler on the reg. 12oz curls routinely for the biceps and high rep dropping the cell phone squats for the hammies. So far so good. A rough work out, but if u wanna dance to the big buck musical, someone must pay the band!

I don't really follow a plan other than my own plan. This is the breakdown from last week (all of my workouts warm up is 5 minutes on a speed rope, on leg day I do 2 minutes straight of walking lunges as well). Burpees have all kinds of variations. When I do tabata using burpees I do the jump, but I don't do the pushup. When I do burpee pushups I do anywhere from 1 to 6 pushups on the down portion and I do not jump on the up portion. When I do what I consider straight burpees usually in sets of 25, I don't do the pushup or the jump.

8/17: Reverse lunges 45# dumbells: reps of: 8,6,6,6,6,6,5,5,5 (53 reps). Bulgarian split squats 12# dumbells: 10,10,10,10,10 (50 reps). I then did a Tabata of burpees...followed by more burpees 4x25. Burpee total 145.

8/18: Alternate pullups and 6 pump burpee. Pullups: 12,8,8,8,7,8,7,7,6,6 (77reps). Burpee 6pump: 10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10 (100 burpees and 600 pushups). Followed by a Tabata of burpees, followed by burpees 2x25. Total burpees: 100+45+50=195

8/19: Pullups: 10,8,8,7,7,7,7 (54 reps). Burpee 6 pump: 10,10,10,10,10,10 (60 burpees and 360 pushups). Followed by Tabata burpee. Then burpee 4x25 alternating with seated row 4x25.

8/20: Pullups: 11,7,8,7,7,7 (47 reps). Burpeee 6 pump: 10,10,10,10,10,10,(60 burpees and 360 pushups). Followed by 6x25 burpees alternating with 6x25 seated rows.

8/21: Reverse lunge 45# dumbells: reps: 7,5,5,5 (22 reps). Bulgarian split squats 12# dumbells: 10,10,10,10,10 (50 reps). Pullups: 10,8,8,8,8,8,8,8,7,7,7,7 (94 reps). Burpee 6 pump: 10,10,10,10 (40 burpees and 240 pushups). Followed by burpee 4x25 alternating with seated row 4x25.

8/22: Burpees: 10x25 (250 total).

Thanks JM
