Are you processing yourself, or who are you using? My guy’s talking retirement again, and I may want to set up and start doing my own.

I fix then several ways a love them all but
Homebrew marinade and grille to medium rare, 1/2 whole backstrap is my favorite

Im getting setup to start processing my own again
Currently using H&H in Stoney Creek
Like their work really good

We need a local guy that offers processing and smokehouse services!!!

Currently using H&H in Stoney Creek
Like their work really good

We need a local guy that offers processing and smokehouse services!!!

I’ve been with a guy in Stoney Creek too, he smokes some summer sausage if you get em in before December 1st. He does a great, and very clean, job.

Potter Meats over in Turkey Creek used to do some smoking, but I think they’re closed again now.

Trying to talk him out of it...he’s looking for a skinner for next year. If he can get one, maybe he’ll hang around.
